By completing the purchase of the remaining balance for this course, I hereby acknowledge and agree to The Caribbean Agroforestry Institute (CAI) that:
- I am actively aware of the risk(s) of participating in a class/activity on a farm.
- I assume all responsibility for damages from my use, including, but not limited to injury, disability, or death.
3. I release, waive, and discharge CAI (and the private property owners, Stephanie Syson and Daniel Whitney ), from any and all liability to me, my heirs, and next of kin for any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages, related to my participation at CAI events. I agree to accept full responsibility for any guest whom I bring to CAI events, and will defend and indemnify CAI against any claim brought by such person.
4. This release of liability includes all adults, children, pets and property that I bring to CAI.

I hereby grant to CAI all rights and consent to copyright, use, re-use, publish or re-publish, copy, exhibit or distribute all photographs and/or video of myself to be used for their website and any educational, training or promotional electronic or printed material without restriction as to frequency or duration of usage and without compensation.
